We train one on one in our family setting, with our children. We socialize your dog prior to transitioning to your home.
JAY HALEY
OWNER / HEAD TRAINER
Jay has two decades of experience working within both corporate protection training and the private sector. He has traveled all over the United States and Europe training and delivering protection dogs. Several of his clients include professional athletes, celebrities, security teams, and high profile business professionals.

SHANNON HALEY
BS Veterinary Technology, Certified Veterinary Technician
Shannon graduated from Mount Ida College in 2010 with a bachelors degree in Veterinary Technology. She received her certification as Veterinary Technician shortly after and has been working in the field ever since. Shannon worked in emergency and critical care for a few years then moved on to surgery and anesthesia. She currently works part time as an anesthesia technician at a very busy veterinary specialty hospital in Massachusetts. The other days of the week, Shannon is working behind the scenes taking care of the business side of things here at Protection Dog Select. She also helps out walking, feeding and general care during the training process. “The most important thing to us besides the training, is that your protection dog has a safe and happy experience.”
